We’ve recently returned from a rather pleasant holiday in the Norfolk Broads. It’s a fantastic area, with lots to see and do – I highly recommend The National Trust’s Blickling Hall, and Norwich Castle as two outstanding places to visit. Also, a trip to Winterton-On-Sea is also highly recommended as the beach there is fantastic (if a little windy at times)
As with all holidays in Britain, the holiday was dependent on the weather, which was, in a word, poo. I think we had two days out of six were it didn’t rain, which did put a damper (ho ho) on things. Fortunately, there were plenty of indoor activities to be had, but I’m hard-pressed to remember them at the moment!
Anyway, back from hols, ready to go! When I get round to copying the photos of the camera I’ll post them up, especially the ones of Blickling Hall, Norwich Castle and Winterton-On-Sea.
