Lego projectile-firing device (not a gun, no, not at all)

Now this, although contrary to Lego’s strict rules on building their models, looks like fun:

I’m not sure if the design has been taken from the new book Forbidden LEGO (written by a couple of ex-employees of Lego), but the book contains many other “projectile” firing designs (again, definitely not guns ). Seeing as I’m a bit of a Lego nut, and so’s my son, the book looks like a fun purchase!
