Disturbing news, this: the (almost) nationalised Royal Bank of Scotland (bailed out by Labour with our money) is now asking people about their political affiliation, under some crap about anti-fraud via the (oh-so-useful) FSA. You can see it now:
Bank: So you need a loan?
Me: Yes please.
Bank: Ah, I see you’re a conservative sort of guy – we don’t appear to have any products for you…
